Select the Perspective tool. Obvious.

Use it to drag any of the guide lines to change the horizon and other gridlines.

Then use it to select any item or text you want to attach to the grid.
Position it and hold down an arrow key which matches the grid
you want to attach the item to -
i.e. press the down key to use the ground grid.

In the example above, the word 'Perspective' is attached to the
right hand grid by using the right arrow, 'Text' is attached to the left.
